Purpose of Job

To Provide clear and concise invoicing to our stations and customers to insure we meet company expectations of tariffs and value.

Main Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work independently and consistently, expected to work to deadlines as part of a set program to achieve a daily and weekly process.  
  • The ability to understand and follow instructions and show attention to detail is of great importance.  
  • Willingness to adopt both short (temporary) and long term (permanent) changes.  
  • Maintain certain levels of security and Health & Safety standards commensurate with working in an office environment.  
  • Good understanding of English Language (Including communication and written skills) Maths and Calculating figures is essential as well as a strong knowledge of computer skills including Excel.  
  • Can organise time effectively and stay on top of all queries. 
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as using own initiative.  

Requirements

  • Creating invoices 
  • Rates management, Invoice checking, data transfers, tracking updating – Whilst this is not a customer facing position, it may require customer interaction by email or telephone.  
  • Previous Industry knowledge is not essential. 
  • Looking for a self-motivated person with attention to detail 
  • Assist with other Ad-Hoc duties as and when required. 

Desirable

  • Strong IT skills encompassing the ability to use Microsoft – Excel, Word, and Outlook 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Dealing with telephone queries 
  • Work well as part of a team, with high attention to detail.

Work hours

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
