Purpose of Job

To efficiently deal with Account queries and maintain good working relationship with SkyNet customers and internal colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Very strong understanding of English Language (Including communication and written skills) 
  • Strong numeracy skills 
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as using own initiative and a “can do” positive attitude. 
  • Ability to have clear, concise, and professional dialogue with customers and internal colleagues by telephone and ema

Requirements

  • Inputting purchase invoices to the Group’s ledgers in accordance with the Group policies and procedures. 
  • Dealing with queries on the ledger, correcting, chasing, and obtaining approvals. 
  • Maintaining purchase ledgers in a good condition – resolving queries. 
  • Reconciling supplier statements, chasing missing invoices. 
  • Checking Supplier invoices 
  • Dealing with supplier queries and reminder notices promptly. 
  • Processing timely payments to suppliers. 
  • Uploading sales invoices onto the internal Clearing house portal. 
  • Assist with other Ad-Hoc duties as and when required. 

Desirable

    • Must be computer literate. 

    • Strong IT skills encompassing the ability to use Microsoft – Excel, Word, and Outlook 

    • Good communication skills 

    • Work well as part of a team, with high attention to detail.

Work hours

Monday to Friday 9AM-5.30 PM – 1 hour lunch
