Purpose of Job
Customer Service Agent (CSA) willāÆact as a liaison to provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customersā accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency. Also maintain good working relationship with SkyNet customers and internal colleague
Main Responsibilities
- Very strong understanding of English Language (Including communication and written skills)Ā Ā
- Ability to work within a team, as well as using own initiative and a ācan doā positive attitude.Ā
- Ability to have clear, concise, and professional dialogue with customers and internal colleagues by telephone and email.Ā
- Deal with situations where the customersā expectations have not been met and achieving an outcome that gives the customer with a positive impression of SkyNet.Ā
- Can organise time effectively and stay on top of all queries.Ā
Requirements
- Inputting purchase invoices to the Groupās ledgers in accordance with the Group policies and procedures.Ā
- 2 yearsā experienceĀ
- Good people skillsĀ
- Good understand of Excel.Ā Ā
- Industry knowledge is essential.Ā
- Experience of working in a customer service environmentĀ
- Looking for a self-motivated person with attention to detailĀ
- Assist with other Ad-Hoc duties as and when required.
Desirable
- Must be computer literate.Ā
- Dealing with telephone queries.Ā
- Update service level reports for customers.Ā
- Checking the delivery status of shipments using in House SystemsĀ
- Strong IT skills encompassing the ability to use Microsoft ā Excel, Word, and OutlookĀ
- Good communication skillsĀ
- Work well as part of a team, with high attention to detail.Ā
Work hours
Monday to Friday 9AM-5.30 PM ā 1 hour lunchĀ
